Leadership
Andrew Boehner is an expert in premium hospitality and revenue operations within the sports & entertainment industry. After nearly 15 years in sales and leadership at the team level, Andrew noticed a common theme across premium leaseholders: executing their investment was more difficult than anticipated. A2B Premium Strategies was founded to bring solutions to companies looking to deliver unforgettable experiences.
Previously, Andrew oversaw a 38% revenue increase over two years as Director of Premium Sales at Pacers Sports & Entertainment. Andrew played a pivotal role during a three-year renovation to Gainbridge Fieldhouse - an iconic venue consistently ranked among North America's best - and was recognized by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver as NBA Revenue All-Star in 2022 for his contributions.
Andrew’s leadership style is rooted in strategic thinking, data-informed decision-making, and a culture-first approach to team building. Throughout his career, he consistently exceeded performance metrics while driving innovation by leveraging analytics with market knowledge.
Beyond his professional achievements, Andrew actively serves in leadership roles with organizations such as the American Lung Association of Indiana, Firefly, and the OU Alumni Association of Indianapolis. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
